Is there a contract for monthly service?
No long-term contract. The monthly pool care plan is month-to-month, and you can cancel anytime. When you're ready, you can review and sign the simple service agreement right here on the site.
Are chemicals included?
Routine chemicals needed for weekly water care are included in the monthly plan. Repairs and filter services are quoted separately.
How fast will I get my quote?
We aim to respond the same day. Timing can vary based on request volume and whether the pool needs an in-person assessment.

What does the monthly plan cost?
Each pool receives a free quote for a flat monthly rate. The quote reflects the pool and the service it needs; no dollar price is posted because every setup is different.
What photos should I send for a repair?
Include one wide photo of the pool, a clear view of the equipment pad, close-ups of the affected part, and any visible model label or error message.

Weekly Pool Cleaning & Chemical Service

This agreement is between the service company and the customer listed below ("Agreement").
- Services includedAt each weekly visit, Company will perform the following services as needed:
- Test and balance the pool water chemistry; all routine chemicals are included in the monthly rate.
- Brush the walls, steps, and tile line.
- Skim the pool surface for leaves and debris.
- Vacuum the pool floor.
- Empty the skimmer baskets and pump baskets.
- Check equipment for visible problems and report any issues found to the customer.
- Service scheduleService visits take place once per week on the assigned service day. The flat monthly rate covers the full weekly schedule, including months with a fifth service visit. Months with five service weeks occur about four times per year, and those extra visits are included at no charge. Company may occasionally skip or reschedule a visit around holidays, during winter months, or in severe weather; the included extra visits balance these out, so no discounts or credits apply for service-day adjustments. Company will make up any visit skipped due to its own scheduling change within the same week when possible.
- Monthly rate and paymentService is billed monthly at the rate shown in this agreement, due on the 1st of each month. If payment is more than 15 days past due, Company may pause service until the balance is brought current. A paused service does not extend the monthly billing cycle.
- Additional servicesThe following work is not included in the monthly rate. It is quoted and billed separately, and no additional work is performed without the customer's approval first:
- Equipment repairs and other in-house repair work.
- Filter cleanings and filter services.
- Non-routine work such as green-pool cleanups, drain and acid wash, or storm-debris removal.
- Customer responsibilities
- Provide clear access to the pool and equipment area on the service day (unlocked gate, reachable equipment).
- Restrain pets away from the pool and equipment area during service visits.
- Keep electrical power on to the pool equipment.
- Keep an eye on the water level between visits and report equipment problems promptly.
- CancellationThis is a month-to-month agreement. Either party may cancel at any time with written notice, including text message or email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and there are no cancellation fees.
- LiabilityCompany performs all work with reasonable care. Company is not responsible for pre-existing equipment conditions, damage caused by pets, storms, power outages, or other events outside its control, or for pool conditions caused by denied access to the property on scheduled service days. Repairs do not include any ongoing warranty unless specifically stated in writing.
- Price changesCompany may change the monthly rate with at least 30 days' written notice. The customer may cancel before the new rate takes effect.
- SignaturesBy signing below, the customer and the company agree to the terms of this agreement.
